Commissions, Shipping & Returns
Shipping Ocean Artworks
I have shipped my artwork to more than 10 countries worldwide. You are responsible for shipping costs and protection cover, which can be estimated prior to ordering using your country and postcode. If your country is not visible at checkout, please contact me for further details and an accurate quote. I use a variety of international couriers, mainly An Post, DHL, and FedEx, but please note that regular courier companies do not cover damage due to the fragile nature of the contents.
I use generous amounts of packaging materials, reused where possible, to protect your piece. This generally consists of layers of paper to protect the resin surface, bubble wrap for padding, cardboard for extra strength, and double-wall cardboard boxes with fragile tape.

While my formal responsibility ends once your artwork is safely in the hands of the courier, I truly care about your piece arriving safely. Should any issues or delays occur during transit, I am more than happy to help you navigate the process by assisting with tracking or contacting the courier on your behalf. Please just reach out to me via the contact form on this website, and I will do my best to support you. If you would prefer to use a specialized artwork shipment company for added peace of mind, please let me know so we can discuss the best options for you.
Ocean Art Commissions
Orla's ocean and beach art is custom-made, and to place a commission request you can contact her directly through the contact form. Customers can provide references of her existing work, photographs, or color palettes, and even images of the space where the artwork will be displayed for size and color recommendations. However, it should be noted that replication of Orla's previous work is not possible due to the medium's nature.
Orla takes a 50% deposit on the total price of the artwork before beginning the work to protect her time and material usage. Upon completion of the work, Orla will send photos to the customer for approval. Once approved, the remaining 50% of the total price, along with the shipping cost, must be paid before shipping the finished product to the customer. Orla holds the right to retain the artwork if the payment is not made in full. For any unusual change requests, Orla reserves the right to change the price since additional work hours and material costs increase with each added layer.
