Description:
Earthsong is a nod to Michael Jackson song of the same name, carrying that same call to remember our connection to the natural world. This round resin artwork brings the meeting of sea and shore into focus, with real sand embedded in the lower edge, grounding the piece in physical earth.

Built up through layers of pigmented resin on wood, the composition moves from deep teal and emerald tones through darker depths that hint at shadow and distance. The high-gloss, glass-like finish captures light differently across these varying tones, creating dimension that shifts throughout the day. Three dramatic formations of white foam cascade across the center, their texture intricate and almost sculptural. Below, actual sand creates a tactile shoreline, offering a sensory contrast to the smooth resin above.

The color palette leans moody and contemplative. This ocean resin art doesn't depict the bright midday sea but rather the ocean at dawn or dusk, when the water holds more mystery. The darker tones give the piece weight and presence, while the foam provides movement and energy.

The round format creates a window into a moment of connection between earth, sea, and sky.
